All Things Karissa

I feel like I haven’t properly introduced myself. Lets get to know each other.

1. Current fitness routine is Roller Skating and walking the dogs.
2. I can’t go to bed without listening to a podcast.
3. I’m the oldest of 4 siblings
4. My dog’s name is Scout (he just turned 12) I named him after the main charter in To Kill a Mockingbird.
5. To Kill a Mockingbird is my favorite book.
6. My favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip.
7. I have two bachelors degrees. Psychology and Aerospace Administration.
8. My first job was working at Cold Stone Creamery. The smell of that place still makes me sick.
9. I didn’t start driving until I was out of High School. All my friends had cars so I bummed rides from them.
10. I have a tervis full of water with me at all times. I easily meet the requirements for drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
11. I’ve never broken a bone, but I have gotten 3 stitches, after I dropped a knife on the top of my foot.
12. I’m terrible at spelling. I would never make it past the first round of an Elementary School Spelling Bee.

14. Sushi is my favorite food. Followed by garlic knots.
15. Italy was the first country I visited abroad. Circa 2010.
16. I have visited 7 countries so far.
17. Growing up I had a ton of pets – cats, a dog, a hamster, chickens, cows, and a rabbit.
18. One of the best feelings in the world is when I’m freezing in the office and I go sit in my warm car.
19. I’ve lived in Florida my whole life.
20. Favorite airplane – WACO.
21. My bucket list for places to travel – literally anywhere!
22. My Zodiac sign is Cancer.
23. I love food and think of myself as being adventurous to trying new things. The one exception is Pimento Cheese. I don’t know why I don’t like it.
24. My favorite TV shows are any of the Bravo Real Housewives shows. They’re so bad, but I can’t stop. Nor do I want to.
25. I have a single engine land commercial pilot certificate with my instrument rating (I’m not current).
26. I can’t start my day without a cup of coffee. Sometimes I think about how great my morning coffee will be before I go to bed.
27. I prefer dresses to wearing pants.
28. Disorganization stresses me out. I’ve loved organizing before Marie Kondo made it trendy. Everything should be clean and have a place to be stored.
29. I wasn’t a fan of the Christmas season until I started dating Aaron. I hated everything about it. Now, I look forward to the eggnog and ugly Christmas sweaters.
30. My favorite drink to order at a bar is an Old Fashioned. Unless it’s a bar that puts your drink in a plastic cup; then I will order a Gin and Tonic with 2 limes.
