
You can probably guess from the title what three ingredients are involved in the recipe. I like making these bars when I want something sweet but can’t be bothered to preheat the oven.
Ingredients
3 cups of Oats
½ cup of Honey
1 cup of Peanut Butter
- Line a 9×9 pan with foil.
- Combine honey and peanut butter in a bowl and microwave until smooth (20-30 seconds).
- Add the oats into the honey and peanut butter mixture.
- Pour mixture into the 9×9 pan. I prefer to store the bars in the freezer or refrigerator. They can stay at room temperature as well; just keep in mind they will be very sticky.
BONUS: add jam on top of the bars for a PB&J flavor experience.
