Amber Brooke Farm is the ideal place for kids and adults to enjoy life on the farm. As the change in seasons brings more comfortable temperatures, the demand for outdoor activities soars to a seasonal high. It may not be sweater weather quite yet, but that shouldn’t stop people from participating in fall activities. Getting lost in a corn maze or running through sunflower fields is just the beginning of the endless entertainment at Amber Brooke Farm.
Ahead of the fall festival season, Amber Brooke Farm has undergone a total rebranding. Formally known as Red, White, & Blue Farm, this outdoor destination has received a name change and a complete campus renovation. I was fortunate to be included in the ribbon-cutting event in Williston, FL, where the media and local content creators could preview the new facility before opening day. Here I learned about the two families who own and operate Amber Brooke Farms. The eponymous name comes from the two farmer’s wives, Amber and Brooke. The family is passionate about educating people of all ages about agriculture by creating a family-friendly environment.
Two Locations, Twice as Nice
There are two Amber Brooke Farms in Florida, both providing similar family farm activities. Depending on where you may be traveling, there are two opportunities to take advantage of the seasonal farm events, U-pick fruit and multiple activity stations.

Year-Round Farm Activities
Diversifying farm offerings beyond raising crops has created an opportunity for visitors to experience a sliver of life on a small farm. Attracting visitors to rural areas through agrotourism provides an economic boost to surrounding communities, who would likely not see the amount of traffic without small farms opening their doors to tourists. More often than not, the year-round activities include U-pick selections of various fruits. Amber Brooke Farms’ seasonal crops include peaches, strawberries, seven varieties of blueberries, and sunflowers. The rotation of seasonal offerings keeps visitors coming by year around to stock their freezers with farm-fresh produce.
Aside from the u-pick offerings, the entire property is one big playground for kids and adults to run free. Entering the farm, it was hard to miss the giant slide, jungle gym, and treehouse that looked like it was plucked from the pages of a Dr. Seuss book. My favorite activity was the jumping pillows. A genuinely unique activity I’ve never experienced before. Corralled in a single line, four brightly colored rubber domes filled with air sit off to the side of the farm. The domes looked like giant, forgotten water balloons lying on the ground after a water balloon flight. As I climbed to the top of the dome, I felt the excitement of being a kid again. The jumping pillows blend a trampoline and an inflatable bounce house into one bouncy extravaganza. Just like on a trampoline, I could gain some altitude by exerting myself, but I did not have to worry about the springs or metal edge waiting to ruin my afternoon of fun. I only wished I was lucky enough to have one of these in my backyard as a kid.
Once exhausted from the jumping pillows, there are many more activities to explore on the farm. Gem mining or creating giant bubbles at the Bubble Barn is much less strenuous. If you’re looking to sit back and relax, the wagon ride and the barrel train ride take visitors on a journey around the farm to see the expanse of in-season crops.

Seasonal Events
Seasonal events celebrate the arrival of a new crop or holiday season. Amber Brooke Farms has year-round themed events on the farm, including a Fall Festival, Christmas Festival, and an Easter Egg Hunt, making it the perfect place to create those holiday memories. The first seasonal event post-rebranding is the Fall Festival. Exciting activities include a corn maze, petting zoo, pumpkin patch, and seasonal produce. These opportunities are fun and make for the perfect seasonal photo op.

Private Events & Field Trips
One of Amber Brooke Farms’ missions is to inspire and educate the next generation. Opening the barn doors to field trips creates a space for school children to have a day playing on the farm while learning a thing or two about where the food in the grocery store comes from. The hands-on experience teaches kids how farmers tend to their crops and lets their hungry minds explore the process of growing food.
Private events for hosting birthday parties or corporate events are also available upon request.
